    10/06/2015 Ausstellung „American Made“ von Bruce Gilden im Hamburger Konzernsitz der Edel AG Ab dem 23. Oktober 2015 ist die spektakuläre Ausstellung „American Made“ des amerikanischen Ausnahmefotografen Bruce Gilden im Hamburger Konzernsitz der Edel AG zu sehen. Gezeigt werden rund 30, in ihrer Größe einzigartige Farbfotografien, die Gilden während einer 40-tägigen Reise durch die USA mit der Leica S Kamera aufgenommen hat. Die Leica Camera AG und die Leica Fotografie International (LFI) haben dieses außergewöhnliche Projekt begleitet und präsentieren Gildens kolossale Momentaufnahme seiner Landsleute, die den amerikanischen Traum nicht leben konnten.
  2. 09/29/2015 Paris Photo 2015: Leica presents the exhibition ‘J’étais là’ by Stéphane Duroy and Paulo Nozolino Leica Camera AG has been a partner of Paris Photo, the prestigious fine art photography fair, for more than ten years now. This year, the company is once again demonstrating its engagement for photography and exceptional artists by presenting the work of Stéphane Duroy and Paulo Nozolino, an exhibition initiated by Paul Cottin, in the Grand Palais from 12 to 15 November 2015. As artists in residence at the GwinZegal Art Centre in Guingamp, both photographers focused their objective, uncompromising photographic eye on Brittany, thus capturing their personal impressions of the region.
  3. 09/14/2015 Leica Galerie Wetzlar zeigt die Gewinner-Serien des „Leica Oskar Barnack Preises 2015“ Am Freitag, den 11. September 2015, eröffnet in der Leica Galerie in Wetzlar die Ausstellung „Leica Oskar Barnack Preis 2015. JH Engström/Wiktoria Wojciechowska“. JH Engström und Nachwuchspreis-Gewinnerin Wiktoria Wojciechowska, sind als aktuelle Preisträger des internationalen Fotowettbewerbs – der in diesem Jahr zum 35. Mal stattgefunden hat – bereits im Juli im Rahmen des Fotofestivals in Arles (Frankreich) ausgezeichnet worden. Ergänzt wird die Ausstellung durch die prämierten Fotostrecken von Mikhael Subotzky (2009), Julio Bittencourt (2007) und Andrea Hoyer (2003).
  4. 09/14/2015 For the first time, Leica Camera AG is partner of “Photo Shanghai”, Asia’s premier art fair dedicated to fine art photography Leica Camera AG will be represented at Photo Shanghai in China for the first time. Last year, the international art fair, which focuses on fine art photography, celebrated its première. Because of the resounding success, it will return to the Chinese metropolis from 11 to 13 September 2015. In the Shanghai Exhibition Centre (SEC), under the theme “China through the Leica lens”, Leica will present historical aerial photographs of China captured by the Count of Castell-Rüdenhausen in the 1930s, contemporary images of Chinese landscapes by HG Esch, and a personal documentation of China entitled “Traces of Humanity” by up-and-coming photographer Jing Huang.

ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF LEICA PHOTOGRAPHY can now be admired at C/O Berlin With total visitor numbers of some 70,000, the spectacular EYES WIDE OPEN! ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF LEICA PHOTOGRAPHY exhibition has already broken records at “Fotografie Forum Frankfurt” and “Haus der Photographie” in Hamburg. This successful and celebrated exhibition will now be on show at C/O Berlin from 22 August to 1 November 2015.
  9. 08/17/2015 The Leica Ultravid HD-Plus 32 in two different versions By launching the Leica Ultravid HD-Plus 32, Leica Camera AG, Wetzlar, has made the Leica Ultravid range of binoculars complete. The technology from the latest generation of the Leica Ultravid HD-Plus 42 and Ultravid HD-Plus 50 is now the basis for the new Leica Ultravid HD-Plus 32 models. In comparison with the earlier models, the use of this technology has once again significantly increased light transmission.
